OK, here we go again - hopefully with better results this time.
Tomorrow (officially, because the menu plan starts on Monday), I'm starting yet another diet. This one seems like it should be pretty easy to follow, and it gives you options so if you don't like something you can switch it out. So, I'm going to give it a go. Also, I have these 20-minute exercise DVD's that are supposed to be for women who are time-crunched. Some of the reviews at Collage Video say they're too easy. As soon as I read that, I thought, those are for me!
I'm hoping I can lose at least 60-70 pounds by October - my best friend, whom I've known since we were 12 and 13 years old, is getting married and she's asked me to be one of her bridesmaids! I know I won't be able to lose all the weight I need to, but I'm hoping to lose a good portion of it by the wedding. That gives me nine months. I'll have to lose between 6-7 pounds a month to reach that goal. That's not impossible - it's less than 2 pounds a week. In fact, I'd say it's very doable.
So, I'm off to bed to gear up for a grocery shopping trip tomorrow - going to buy all sorts of healthy food!
